Each are attractively decorated and chef attended for 1½ hours of food service. Select one or two stations before dinner or select a few for an entire meal. . . . grazing with a culinary flare! |

Mashed Potato Martini Bar |

Parmesan-chive Yukon gold potatoes and sweet potatoes with assorted toppings: Broccoli and hot cheese sauce, Homemade Giblet Gravy, plus shredded cheddar cheese, crispy bacon bits, cinnamon sugar, green onions, sour cream, caramelized onions, whipped butter, chipolte salsa, Chef created in a cosmopolitan martini glass. Add Beef Stroganoff or Southwestern Chicken $ per person. |

Orient Express |

This station will take you to the Orient with tastes that will bring you back for more. Our chefs will prepare a stir-fry of seared oriental vegetables in our special sauce, accompanied by ginger rice, vegetarian pot stickers that are wok-steamed and pan seared with sesame oil. Accompanied by a trio of Asian dipping sauces (Coconut Lime Mojo, Spicy Peanut Sauce, Thai Chile Sauce, etc.) and fortune cookie. Served in Chinese take out boxes with chopsticks. Add Oriental chicken or Asian beef $ per person. |

Pasta Station |

One of our specialties! Imported Barilla pasta in three different shapes tossed with made-from-scratch sauces, freshly baked garlic breadsticks garnished with grated Parmesan cheese, red-pepper flakes and herbed olive oil. |

Tuscan Station |

Bountiful display of Italian specialties: thinly sliced Italian cured meats, balsamic-glazed marinated fresh vegetables fire-grilled and roasted, assorted Italian cheeses, grilled Artisan breads with Tuscan white beans and olive tapanade toppings. Choice of hot pizza dip or hot artichoke and baby spinach dip with garlic toast rounds. |

Grilled Southwestern beef or chicken with sautéed onions and peppers, homemade Southwestern guacamole, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, pico di gallo, salsa and warmed soft flour tortilla shells. Accompanied with baskets of tortilla chips. |

Market Fresh Salad Station |

Build your own gourmet salad. Our market fresh salad station includes our gourmet lettuce blend of romaine, iceberg and wild greens, with our extra creamy ranch dressing, Italian and raspberry vinaigrette dressings. Real bacon bits, red onions, mushrooms, carrot curls, candied pecans, grape tomatoes, sunflower seeds, raisins, cucumber slices, warm artisan rolls, butter and our Applause pasta salad. |

Cajun Station |

Take a trip to the bayou with our authentic Cajun cooking. Start with our seafood gumbo, add in black beans and rice, praline crusted chicken strips served with Creole marmalade sauce and black bean casserole. Includes mini corn bread muffins. |

Taste of the South |

A down south tradition – Fried-to-order Mississippi trout (catfish fingers) with sweet relish and roasted pepper aioli, fried-to-order hushpuppies, mini corm muffins with blueberry compote and Southern style cole slaw. |

Caesar Salad Station |

Crisp chilled romaine tossed with our homemade Caesar salad dressing. Home made seasoned croutons, sliced red onion, sliced mushrooms, shaved Asiago cheese and anchovies. Staff attended. Tossed to order complete with the peppermill. |

Down by the Sea Station |

Shrimp cocktail with a zesty lemon cocktail sauce displayed on crushed ice. Add in Maryland crab cakes with red pepper aioli, hot brie and crab dip and our impressive whole smoked salmon display. Served with bagel chips and baguette slices. |

Taste of Comfort |

Combine mini gourmet sandwiches and our warm gourmet soup together and it screams comfort. Station includes made to order miniature havarti and dill on French baguette, Colby-jack and tomato on sourdough. You choose the soup: Tomato basil, Black bean, Minestrone or Cream of broccoli . Have a favorite, please ask! Our chefs are surely able to make your favorite soup. |

It’s A Wrap |

Our southwestern Bar-B-Q station with a tropical twist. Start with chef-made crepe shells rolled to order with our smokehouse Bar-B-Q pork and diced pineapple. Add in our tropical waldorf cole slaw, molasses baked beans and petite corn muffins with down home honey butter. |
