This station will take you to the Orient with tastes that will bring you back for more. Our chefs will prepare a vegetarian stir-fry in our special sauce, and your choice of ginger beef or chicken stir-fry with oriental vegetables. Accompanied by ginger rice, our special gourmet fried rice and wok-steamed vegetarian pot stickers. Served with a trio of special dipping sauces: orange ginger, soy and sweet and sour. Includes fortune cookies served in Chinese take out boxes with chopsticks.

One of our specialties! Imported Barilla pasta and made-from-scratch sauces. Choose two sauces and our chef will pair with the appropriate pasta. Choose from classic Alfredo, red wine Marinara, Pesto, Pinot Grigo wine sauce or Portabella Marinara sauce. Served with Italian meatballs with Marinara, crusty breads with basil infused olive oil for dipping, shaved Asiago Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Add third pasta: $ per person

Chef attended fajita station featuring grilled Southwestern chicken and marinated beef with sautéed bell peppers and onions. Includes shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, guacamole, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes, refried beans, Mexican rice and warm soft flour tortillas. Accompanied by tri colored corn tortillas chips and salsa.

What’s a short plate? These are miniature versions of some of our best entrees. Each plate is served with the entrée and appropriate sauce and accompanying side dish. The whole plate is meant to be a small bite of a full meal. These plates are perfect for heavy hors d’oeuvre parties where a full meal is more than the event allows.
